integrates the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective management of medication therapy in the provision of patient-centred care. Students will apply their knowledge of patient assessment, pharmacotherapy, and evidence-based practice to evaluate therapeutic options primarily for diseases of the cardiovascular system. The pass grade is 60%. PR: PHAR 4903 UL: applicable only to the Doctor of Pharmacy for Working Professionals
